Rules and Regulations :

1. Membership & Eligibility Criteria : Any person willing to join the foundation as a member, volunteer, donor, or supporter must have a genuine service-oriented mindset and respect for wildlife, nature, and society.
# Minimum Age : Volunteers involved in field activities should preferably be 18 years or above. Younger supporters may participate in awareness programs with guardian consent.
# Documentation : Every active member or volunteer must provide valid identity proof and complete the required registration or membership form.

2. Code of Conduct and Discipline : Members and volunteers must work according to the foundation’s mission of wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, conservation, and public awareness.
# No Personal Gain : No member shall misuse the name, logo, identity, or platform of the foundation for personal benefit, unauthorized fundraising, or misleading activities.
# Respectful Behaviour : Every person associated with the foundation must maintain discipline, humility, and professional conduct during rescue work, meetings, field visits, and public programs.

3. Wildlife Rescue Protocol : No member or volunteer should handle wild animals without permission, training, or guidance from authorized rescue personnel, veterinarians, or concerned authorities.
# Safety First : During any rescue operation, human safety and animal safety must both be given priority.
# Coordination : Wildlife rescue activities must be conducted in coordination with senior team members, experts, forest department officials, or legally authorized persons wherever required.

4. Animal Welfare and Ethical Care : Every rescued animal must be treated with compassion and minimum stress. No rescued wildlife should be displayed, teased, mishandled, or used for entertainment.
# Medical Support : Injured animals should receive proper medical attention and care from qualified or experienced professionals.
# Release Policy : Whenever possible, recovered wildlife should be released back into a suitable natural habitat after assessment.

5. Meetings & Participation : Active members and volunteers should attend foundation meetings, awareness drives, training sessions, and assigned activities whenever required.
# Punctuality : Members must respect the time of the organization and team members.
# Active Involvement : Membership should not remain only on paper; every active volunteer is encouraged to contribute to at least one rescue support, awareness, donation, or conservation activity.

6. Field Work and Travel Safety : Field work should always be done with proper planning, team coordination, safety equipment, and permission wherever required.
# Buddy System : Volunteers should avoid going alone to remote or risky locations for rescue or awareness work.
# Safe Timing : Rescue or field visits should be planned responsibly, keeping safety, local conditions, and animal behaviour in mind.

7. Communication and Privacy : Members must communicate respectfully with each other, donors, citizens, officials, and rescue callers.
# Data Protection : Personal information, phone numbers, addresses, rescue locations, donor details, and sensitive case information should not be shared publicly without approval.
# Social Media Use : Photos or videos of rescue work should be shared responsibly and only in a way that respects animal dignity, legal guidelines, and foundation policy.

8. Donation and Fund Usage : Donations received for wildlife rescue, treatment, food, rehabilitation, awareness, or conservation work must be used responsibly and transparently.
# No Unauthorized Collection : No person is allowed to collect donations in the foundation’s name without permission.
# Accountability : Financial records, donation support, and activity-related expenses should be maintained properly by the authorized team.

9. Zero Tolerance Policy : The foundation maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, harassment, abuse, animal cruelty, illegal wildlife handling, false claims, or misuse of the organization’s name. Any violation may lead to immediate removal from membership or volunteer status.

10. Resignation and Termination of Membership : If a member wishes to leave the organization, they should inform the foundation in writing or through an official communication channel.
# Handover of Responsibilities : Before leaving, the member must return all foundation-related documents, ID cards, funds, equipment, records, or any assets provided by the organization.
# Termination : Membership can be cancelled if any person violates rules, damages the foundation’s reputation, misuses funds, or acts against wildlife protection principles.
